Dr. Mairi Leining graduated magna cum laude from Rice University with a B.A. in Anthropology. She received her M.D. from Georgetown University School of Medicine, completed her Internal Medicine residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center / Harvard Medical School, and earned her MPH from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the People’s Health Clinic in Park City, Utah and an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at the University of Utah. In this role, she leads a multispecialty, free clinic that delivers high-quality, integrated care to uninsured families, with a focus on addressing the drivers of health through team-based care models.
