Dr. Trujillo is the CEO of the Spring Branch Community Health Center which is the original faith based charity clinic she helped found back in 2002. In 2007, she was the youngest Federally Qualified Health Center CEO in the State of Texas at the age of 27. As the CEO, she is responsible for leading strategic planning in partnership with the Board, delivering high quality patient care, leading a team of high performers while creating a positive culture, delivering strong financial performance, building partner relationships, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory bodies. Dr. Trujillo leads 275 full time employees and manages a budget of $32 million serving more than 20,000 individual patients. Prior to this employment Dr. Trujillo held similar community building positions in an urban planning firm, non-profits and city government.
