1) Where will the Innovation for Healthcare Access 2025 Conference be held?
The conference will be held at the Rice University BioScience Research Collaborative Building (BRC).

2) How do I get to the conference?
Guests staying in nearby hotels are encouraged to walk, take complimentary hotel shuttles, or use rideshare programs to get to the conference venue. For guests who wish to park on-site, underground parking is available in the garage at the BRC facility for a daily maximum of $13. The BRC Garage entrance is on Dryden Road. Please note that parking in the underground garage is limited and not guaranteed. Parking validation is available.
The payment method for the BRC Garage is via CREDIT CARD: At the garage entrance, insert a credit card to enter through the gate. You will not be charged until exiting the gate; your card acts as a placeholder. Park in an available space, then take the elevator to the first floor of the BRC. When leaving the BRC, visitors will pay using the same credit card used upon entry to pay when at the exit gate.
** IMPORTANT** If you are issued a parking validation, at the garage exit, please insert the validation ticket FIRST into the machine at the exit gate. It will keep the validation. Then, reinsert (or tap) the credit card used upon entry to exit the gate.
Use the call button on the machine at the exit gate for any issues.

5) What hotels are near the BRC?
There are several hotels near the event venue, and the conference has partnered with the InterContinental Hotel. Please note: the InterContinental Hotel will have a dedicated shuttle to/from the BRC in the mornings (7:45am and 8:00am) and in the evenings (5:30pm and 6:00pm) on October 27 and 28.

6) Is Wi-Fi available at the BRC?
Yes, guests can access the Rice Visitors network by agreeing to the Terms & Conditions when they open their web browser.
7) Does this conference offer CME?
No, the Innovation for Healthcare Access 2025 Conference does not offer Continuing Medical Education (CME) credit.
8) What safety guidelines will be in place?
The conference venue will have building security available as well as on-site campus security. We are also implementing procedures and protocols in all areas of the conference in compliance with Rice University COVID policies.
