Innovation for Healthcare Access Conference
Registration
Join innovators from Rice, the Texas Medical Center, nonprofit organizations, healthcare providers, manufacturers, and policy makers in discussions of progress and ongoing challenges in the development, translation, and implementation of innovative technologies, as well as key lessons learned to make impacts now, and networking for new collaborations.
Registration is free to all Rice University faculty, staff, and students.
Registration includes access to all keynote plenary sessions and panel discussions, as well as the poster session, and Innovator Marketplace. All registered participants are invited to a networking reception, as well as provided daily breakfast and lunch.
Registration does NOT include travel and visa expenses (visa requirements are dependent on the passport country), accommodation expenses, vaccination or health-related expenses, or travel insurance (recommended).

Cost of Attendance
Early Registration: Secure your spot by September 14. (Exclusive merch will be provided for those who register early!)
General Registration: Available from September 15 to October 15.

Logistics
Venue
The Innovation for Healthcare Access Conference will take place in the auditorium and event space on the 1st floor of the BioScience Research Collaborative (BRC) on Rice University's campus in Houston, Texas.
PArking
Parking is available in the BioScience and Research Collaborative garage located off Dryden Street. Parking will be validated for those who register ahead of time.
Travel & Visa
If you need an invitation letter to obtain a visa to enter the United States, we ask you to fill out this form. It is important that you enter the information as on your passport to ensure no errors on your invitation letter.
