Rice360 with education partners across Africa held the first Rice360 Invention Education (IvE) Networkwide Design Competition, on Nov. 20-21, 2025. The competition brought together student-led innovations from seven universities' design studios in Malawi, Tanzania, Ethiopia, and Nigeria. The competition showcased the IvE network’s hands-on, engineering-driven approach to engineering education.
