Registration Overview
Innovators, faculty and students from across the maternal newborn health innovation community, including ministries of health, implementing partners, academia, and donors are invited to register to attend the Innovation for Day One Conference 2024. In particular, participation from low- and middle-income countries is encouraged to ensure the voices of those closest to programs are front and center.
In-person registration
Registration includes access to all keynote plenary sessions and panel discussions, as well as the poster session, Innovators Marketplace, and the iKMC experience. All registered participants are invited to a networking reception, as well as provided daily breakfast and lunch. **Those who register early, by August 31, will receive exclusive merch! **
Please note that registration does NOT include travel and visa expenses (visa requirements are dependent on the passport country), accommodation expenses, vaccination or health-related expenses, or travel insurance (recommended).

Hotel Information
The Innovation for Day One Conference have reserved a room block at the The Westin (Houston Medical Center/Museum District) which is within easy walking distance of the Bioscience Research Collaborative (BRC), where the conference will be hosted.
Please use the booking link here to get the discounted rate. While we have selected this hotel to ensure fair pricing and accessibility, attendees are also welcome to arrange their own accommodation.
Please be advised that the Westin requires prepayment in full for your stay to guarantee your reservation. Please note that when your booking is made online, payment is not automatically deducted from your card. For cancellation or reduction in length of stay: your accommodation will need to be fully pre-paid and will be non-refundable.
Visa Information
If you need a invitation letter to obtain a visa to enter the United States, we ask you to fill out this form. It is important that you enter the information as on your passport to ensure no errors on your invitation letter.
